- Paid ad management — we set up Google Analytics, you run Google Ads (or hire someone else for that)
- Stock photography licensing — your photos are best; we'll use free royalty-free if you have none
- Custom illustration / video production — separate scope, separate price

Why $300 instead of $2,000?
A Maine agency that charges $2,000-$5,000 for a small-business site is not wrong — they are paying for a sales team, an account manager, a project manager, a designer, a developer, and an office. The customer is paying for that overhead.
mainewebsite.design does not have any of that. Jeremy builds the site himself, deploys it himself, supports it himself. The price reflects what it actually costs to do the work, plus a fair margin. Nothing else.
If you need a 30-page enterprise CMS with custom integrations and a content team, an agency is the right call. If you need a clean, fast, professional site that ranks locally and converts on a phone, $300 is what that actually costs.
